Orvio Studio provides professional creative and digital design and development services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and budgets will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) mutually signed before starting any project.
2. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, intellectual property rights for custom design deliverables transition to the client upon full receipt of final payment. Preliminary designs, concepts, and working files remain the property of Orvio Studio.
3. Client Cooperation
The success of our creative collaboration relies on timely feedback, approvals, and content provision. Delays in response or deliverables from the client side may impact overall project timelines.
4. Liability
Orvio Studio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our digital assets, websites, or services once handed over to the client.
